ha'Aguda le'Ma'an ha'Khayal be'Israel (Association for the Soldier in Israel) is a Ministry of Defence's controlled volunteers association which deals in the walfare of IDF soldiers. Between other activities, the association operates free cantines for soldiers in various main road crosses. Since this is a MOD controlled association, it has the right to use the IDF symbol on its emblem.
